Chef Evan with his experience in some of the most prestigious hotels such as Goodwood Park Hotel, St Regis, and Raffles Hotel has invented the modern Asian Fusion cuisine with his Malaysian roots to present an eclectic menu of asian and western favourites. Having always had a love for cooking, Chef Evan cites his grandmother as a major influence on his passion for the culinary arts since he was 14 years old. This inspired him to open the Evan's Kitch; a Modern Asian Fusion Breakfast-Brunch Restaurant concept where he could express freely his love for Asian food and Malaysian flavours as clearly seen in the uniquely curated menu.
